Return Policy:

We do not offer any returns or refunds under any circumstances.

 

Exchange Policy:

You may request an exchange only if:

You received the wrong size, or

The product is defective

To qualify for an exchange:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

The product must be returned in the same condition as received with original tags intact.

 

Important Exchange Terms:

✅ One-Time Exchange Only: Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

🔁 Same Product, Different Size: Exchanges are only allowed for the same item in a different size. Changes in design, color, or product are not allowed.

🚫 Clearance Sale Items: These are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Pickup & Shipping Guidelines:

📍 Pickup Attempt: One pickup attempt will be made by our courier partner.

If unsuccessful, you will need to ship the product back to our company address at your own cost.

📦 Reverse Pickup: This service is subject to availability in your area pin code.
